Promotional Waiters Knives: Investment Worth It?
Promotional waiters knives are one of the simplest of ways to impress your clients and get your brand name out. They work well in many settings. They also can do their job even more so if they are designed to be high quality and reliable, just like your company is. As you consider the many promotional items you have available to you, think about the investment into promotional waiters knives carefully. Could this be the best tool you have purchased?
Investments into promotional items do help to increase the amount of business a company gets. These sales are often indirect in that your business may not know that the new business you have obtained has come from the use of such a promotional tool as promotional waiters knives. While you may not know that this is the case, you should take into account how knives and other promotional items can work within your organization. And, you should consider if the investment into these items is going to pull in enough new clientele to be worth it. This can be a tricky comparison, but most marketing companies can work with you to determine this.
The promotional item you select should relate to the business itself. For example, promotional waiters knives work very well in a more formal setting in which it is common for a waiter to help provide assistance to guests. The knife will come down and help cut the food prepared for the customer. As it does, the company’s promotional message is clearly displayed. This promotional message does well in its own location, such as the restaurant having the message. On the other hand, in some situations, it is appropriate to provide the knives to clients as gifts and then allow them to use them as they would like to. This can make a striking gift.
The investment into promotional waiters knives is one you will need to consider carefully. Costs will range widely depending on the quality of the piece and the amount of promotional detail needed. Most waiters knives are purchased for the entire waiting staff, though purchasing these for just gifts can be an option, too. When considering the investment in these knives, be sure to consider the overall benefit of their use. The company logo can become more of a household name and offer recognition.
As you take into consideration the many ways to use promotional waiters knives and the vast number of options you have in terms of design, consider the investment carefully. With these knives, you will be able to build brand recognition. You can also build a logo that is easy for people to remember. They associate the good service they receive from your waiter with the logo on the knife. You get to see increased sales and ultimately your investment into the knives has paid off. You may even have some new patrons asking where they can purchase one of the knives to take home with them to keep as a souvenir.

My first thought when I read this was what about the superstition of knifes as gifts “cutting the ties” surely something you don’t want with clients or potential clients. But on re-reading your article there was a lot more to the strategy than just providing the knifes as a gift. thanks.
Its a very innovative idea! gifting a knife to client with a promotional message, will surely work in the favor of the restaurant and hotels. It will help them gain huge popularity n moreover it will also serve as a token of remembrance to the tourist visitors. Its an outstanding idea which will not only increase the recall value but also spread as word of mouth, the most trusted source of advertisement!
It most certainly is worth it. Let me give you one example: Lego. I’ve read somewhere about a guy that was working for Lego, and instead of business cards, he had some of those small Lego men and women repainted, to have his data on their backs and chests. Everyone remembered him. And he was successful.
I guess what I’m trying to say here is that you need more than just a random item with your logo on it to fully utilize this. You need to make this item memorable.
IN my point of view having the knife as a gift to the customer is a very wrong idea in fact instead of it the restaurant should give some greeting cards to the customer for their visiting!
Hey this is something i have never heard of, but it seems to me that its really an amazing thing. A knife with a promotional message seems to be a very novel idea of marketing and advertising. I know many people may find it odd that they are gifted knife but its the most useful gift and in my point of view everyone will use it ,Optimize the idea by inscribing the Logo of the hotel or the restaurant on the knife.
Very innovative idea!
